Very friendly and helpful at front desk. Clean accommodations and well kept rooms

The location is great for our needs. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always clean.

As an overnight stop this worked well for us. The facilities were good and breakfast was as expected. There are two restaurant options within easy walking distance.

We needed an early check in because of a wedding we drove in to attend. They went out of their way to make sure this could happen. Very helpful staff. Nice comp breakfast.

good location for our trip. very clean, easy check in/out. very comfortable room and nice buffet breakfast. Free parking/ wifi a real bonus!

The desk clerk Jeff was great, the stay was for our daughters wedding the next day, and he was very nice and made sure we were on the same floor and only 5 doors away. and even gave them some candy as a congratulations. it's the little and large things that make for good customer service and this young man has it. Thank you again Jeff.

Rooms are very Large and have good comfort Great delf made waffels at breakfast

Swimming pool was not clean

Very clean and comfortable; nicely situated off the highway.

Everything. Staff so friendly. Room was fantastic. Great type of kitchenette in room. Even a spa bath in room. Desk etc. was really nice and so clean. There is an amazing restaurant near by ( need a car) called Aroha. A must to go to. Best food ever. Malibu approx 20 min away. So pleased we stayed here

Breakfast was ok but not as good as I expected

More variety of foods at breakfast.

The beds & pillows were comfy, the room well appointed, clean & I will definitely stay here next time I need to be back in the area. My sister left her iPad in the room & we didn't realize it until we were an hour down the road. Housekeeping had given it to the front desk & they are shipping it to me. That is great service..(thanks to Dana for going above & beyond). We experienced a pleasant & friendly staff, a nice room & the free breakfast had plenty of options to choose from...so nice to find a reasonably priced hotel in that locale.
